What You'll Do10
- 1Build system and sub system models using MBSE methods and tools to meet performance and schedule goals
- 2Design develop and verify system level and sub system test procedures and ensure traceability
- 3Lead risk evaluation design trade offs and mitigation strategies to manage program technical risk
- 4Ship and iterate on requirements decomposition traceability and cross functional reviews across engineering leadership program managers and production
- 5Own collaborations with finance quality and business development and represent the team in internal external stakeholder meetings
- 6Drive Agile practices to support iterative design verification and rapid decision making
- 7Collaborate on Earned Value Management inputs planning tracking and reporting to support program performance
- 8Support change and configuration management to maintain baselines and traceability
- 9Contribute technical content to bids proposals and pursuits including estimates and system engineering inputs
- 10Lead or participate in peer reviews of requirements designs models and test artifacts
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics
- 2Experience developing decomposing and deriving system and sub system requirements
- 3Experience with MBSE concepts and SysML based modeling
- 4Experience in system and sub system design definition
- 5Ability to plan and execute systems engineering activities to meet schedule cost and performance objectives
- 6Strong communication skills for cross functional collaboration
- 7Eligibility to maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance including Top Secret clearance
- 8Demonstrated ability to represent systems engineering in internal and external technical discussions and reviews
