What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and present sushi and related food products to customers
- 2Offer unique restaurant catering and special event experiences
- 3Demonstrate high-level knife skills and sushi preparation techniques
- 4Store foods following corporate state and federal food safety procedures
- 5Ensure proper food handling portion control and temperature maintenance
- 6Maintain sanitation of equipment supplies and utensils
- 7Clean workstations thoroughly before leaving the area
- 8Keep display equipment clean during meal service
- 9Interact with customers to enhance dining experience
- 10Explain daily menu items accurately to customers and associates
- 11Perform other duties as assigned

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Sushi cooking and prep expertise
- 3Food safety certification
- 4Fine dining experience
- 5Resort/hotel hospitality background
