What You'll Do9

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 22-5 years of relevant healthcare leadership or management experience.
- 3Demonstrated experience leading healthcare operations, teams, or surgical services.
- 4Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- 5Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and organizational leadership.
- 6Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- 7Preferred: Leadership experience within an ASC.
- 8Preferred: Hospital surgical services leadership combined with ASC exposure.
