Overview
You will support a nurturing classroom for children ages 0-5 at Primrose School of Florham Park, a leading private preschool. You will work with a team that uses the Balanced Learning curriculum, delivered through a digital platform for easier mastery. The role offers paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) matching. What You'll Do6
- 1Support a nurturing classroom environment using the Balanced Learning curriculum on the Primrose digital platform.
- 2Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans, adapting them for individual learning needs.
- 3Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, engaging space for all children.
- 4Communicate with children, parents, and staff to build a supportive community.
- 5Participate in ongoing professional development to advance teaching skills.
- 6Encourage children's social and emotional growth through guided play and interaction.
Requirements5
- 11+ years experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- 2CDA in Infant-Toddlers preferred.
- 3Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- 4Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- 5Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Salary Insight
