Requirements8
- 11 year experience in preschool education or equivalent early childhood setting
- 2CDA credential preferred
- 3Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 4Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- 7Commitment to creating inclusive learning environments
