Overview
The Specialty Pharmacy Supply Logistics Analyst will lead inventory monitoring and medication transfers across all Specialty and Retail pharmacies. This onsite day shift role in Mesa requires analyzing data to prevent waste and manage 340B accumulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and will join a newly formed team dedicated to optimizing pharmacy supply operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build automated reports using Spreadsheet and data analysis tools to track medication utilization and 340B trends
- 2Design and maintain inventory mapping solutions within SupplyLogix and EnterpriseRx platforms
- 3Lead scaling initiatives to reduce supply costs through strategic vendor negotiations
- 4Drive process improvements that minimize profit loss and optimize medication placement
- 5Collaborate with Central Fill pharmacies and supply chain partners to coordinate inventory availability
- 6Analyze supplier contracts to identify cost savings opportunities and develop new agreements
- 7Train backup staff on essential logistics functions during absences
- 8Collect and present procurement data to pharmacy customers and senior management
- 9Manage large inventory volumes while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
- 10Set measurable savings goals through continuous inventory management optimization
- 11Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across the pharmacy supply network
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2AWS Certified professional experience
- 3Pharmacy Technician Certification with active license
- 4Proven experience in healthcare procurement and pharmaceutical inventory management
- 5Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
- 6Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment
- 7Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- 8Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management Pharmacy or related field
- 9Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS
- 10Familiarity with healthcare supply chain processes and 340B regulations
