- 7Assist pharmacy residents and students in clinical practice
- 8Perform disease state management and adverse drug event prevention
- 9Develop evidence-based guidelines and analyze medication-use data
- 10Communicate clinical recommendations to providers and escalate complex cases
- 11Adhere to Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee protocols and standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ambulatory care medication management systems
- 2Spark and Airflow experience with ETL pipelines
- 3AWS certified cloud infrastructure knowledge
- 4BCCP board certification preferred
- 5PhD from ACPE accredited pharmacy school
- 6Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
- 7Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist preferred
- 8Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist preferred
- 9Registered Pharmacist license in Arizona
- 10Experience with BC-ADM and CDCES credentials valued
