Supply Chain Product Manager E-Space
Overview
Lead end-to-end supply chain for assigned programs at E-Space. Own procurement, inventory, and delivery processes. Ensure efficient operations and drive cost savings. This role offers unique opportunities in LEO satellite component development and innovation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own the end-to-end procurement process for assigned programs including creating part numbers and issuing purchase orders
- 2Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- 3Manage inventory levels to balance availability and minimize excess stock
- 4Track KPIs such as inventory turnover and on-time delivery performance
- 5Monitor demand forecasting and production planning processes
- 6Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- 7Analyze price changes and their impact on program cost baselines
- 8Partner with Program Management to resolve supply chain issues
- 9Prepare and distribute internal and external reports for operational requirements
- 10Address quality control issues to ensure compliance with standards
- 11Develop project plans within budget and schedule constraints across multiple programs
Requirements11
- 1Experience supporting U.S. government programs with contracting mechanisms like OTA and FAR/DFARS
- 2Operational supply chain experience including procurement and inventory management
- 3Direct purchasing experience with ERP systems for procurement and part master data
- 4Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate new ideas
- 5Strong analytical skills using data and metrics for decision-making
- 6Experience working across disciplines with engineering and program management teams
- 7Organizational skills to manage competing priorities independently
- 8Security clearance capability if required
- 9Familiarity with NetSuite or SAP for ERP/WMS platforms
- 10Knowledge of aerospace or defense manufacturing environments
- 11Understanding of quality flowdown processes like AS9100
