What You'll Do16
- 1Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely accurate provision of goods
- 2Manage customer service planning and scheduling logistics and materials teams
- 3Streamline and automate order capture to reduce lead times
- 4Control material ordering inventory and finished goods across site
- 5Ensure timely procurement of direct and indirect supplies
- 6Lead initiatives to improve raw material and finished goods flow in warehouses
- 7Manage delivery of completed orders according to customer requirements
- 8Facilitate site level S&OP inputs and ownership of reconciliation action plan
- 9Ensure accuracy of supply planning inputs such as line speeds and labor plans
- 10Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely solutions
- 11Maintain accurate line schedules aligned with business priorities
- 12Oversee onboarding of new products and customers
- 13Make business cases for supply chain improvements
- 14Implement supply chain strategy to meet performance objectives
- 15Design supply chain solutions like VMI MTS MTO
- 16Build relationships with Customer SCM organization
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing environment managing supply chain and employees
- 2Proven experience optimizing organizational performance through logistics integration
- 3Detailed understanding of S&OP process
- 4Experience with commercial teams and driving P&L performance cost and pricing
- 5Strong process improvement and data-driven management reporting capabilities
- 6Up-to-date knowledge of latest supply chain management concepts
- 7Associate degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience in supply management
Salary Insight
$120 - $130k per year
