What You'll Do9
- 1Design and deliver Cost to Serve and Price Optimization solutions that boost profit margins.
- 2Build scalable analytics platforms using Tableau and SQL to support growth and user experience.
- 3Complete time-bound profitability projects, presenting findings in clear reports and presentations.
- 4Guide architectural direction for supply chain initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- 5Translate business requirements into technology solutions, partnering with IT to solve stakeholder issues.
- 6Develop standards, patterns, and best practices for reporting and processes.
- 7Manage and support a portfolio of Value Chain projects, defining milestones and tracking schedules.
- 8Coordinate user testing and validation for project activities.
- 9Use financial and mathematical acumen to evaluate the impact of decisions on service, pricing, and delivery.
Requirements11
- 13+ years in finance, distribution, or supply chain analytics.
- 2Hands-on experience with BI tools, Tableau preferred.
- 3Working knowledge of SQL, including query development and database fundamentals.
- 4Understanding of financial impact of customer service, pricing, warehousing, and delivery decisions.
- 5Successful experience with business process modeling and mapping requirements to technology.
- 6Strong communication skills to articulate business impact of design and dependencies.
- 7Ability to collaborate effectively and lead actions in a team environment.
- 8Capacity to work with minimal direction and challenge conventional wisdom on technology.
- 9High-energy, positive attitude with adaptability to change.
- 10MBA or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, supply chain management, engineering, or mathematics preferred.
- 11APICS Certification (CSCP or CPIM or CLTD) a plus.
