What You'll Do9
- 1Build and guide teams to meet production targets emphasizing safety quality and cost control
- 2Design and implement processes that align with company policies and budget constraints
- 3Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean principles
- 4Utilize PDCA visual management and Kanban systems to monitor production
- 5Conduct daily work direction and serve as primary contact for shift issues
- 6Analyze quality defects and recommend corrective actions
- 7Promote 6S Kaizen and material management practices
- 8Lead performance reviews and address staff concerns with documented solutions
- 9Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field
- 2Minimum 5 years experience in complex manufacturing environments
- 3Two years supervisory experience preferred
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 6Strong organizational planning and communication skills
- 7Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
- 8Ability to balance short-term demands with long-term manufacturing goals
- 9Passion for process ownership and driving creative solutions
