Overview
You will own the supervision and evaluation of a group of Program Specialists, driving program planning and technical assistance across community-based organizations (CBOs) and contract service providers. You will coordinate with direct client service delivery programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. You will act as the liaison between service providers and internal teams, shaping service outcomes at scale. Requirements6
- 13+ years supervising professional staff in a social services or program management setting.
- 2Experience with program planning and evaluation for community-based organizations (CBOs).
- 3Knowledge of regulations and procedures governing direct client service delivery.
- 4Ability to act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders.
- 5Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 6Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, or related field.
