Overview
You own program planning, technical assistance, and evaluation for client service delivery programs. You act as County liaison with community-based organizations and contract providers. You ensure program regulations and procedures are followed. You coordinate with service providers and funding sources to drive compliance. You bring clarity to complex service delivery operations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Plan program activities with CBO partners to meet service delivery targets.
- 2Review and evaluate CBO and contract provider performance against program standards.
- 3Act as County liaison, resolving issues between service providers and funding sources.
- 4Ensure program regulations and procedures are followed by all stakeholders.
- 5Coordinate technical assistance for CBO and contract provider staff.
- 6Develop and maintain tracking systems for contracts and compliance documents.
- 7Facilitate communication between County departments and community partners.
- 8Monitor budget allocations and report on program outcomes to County leadership.
Requirements6
- 12+ years in program coordination or community-based services.
- 21+ years working with CBO contracts or grant compliance.
- 3Strong knowledge of County government processes and regulations.
- 4Proven ability to analyze program data and write clear reports.
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office for tracking and documentation.
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
Salary Insight
$114 - $125k per year
