Overview
We seek a passionate Studio Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional piercing experience at our Southpark Mall location. You will create a celebratory environment while upholding Rowan's high standards of cleanliness and safety. This hourly non-exempt role reports to the Studio Manager and requires weekend availability. Join us to share our brand expertise and elevate customer interactions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Warmly greet customers and create a joyful atmosphere
- 2Check customers in and manage appointments using POS technology
- 3Assist with jewelry selection and styling consultations
- 4Answer detailed questions about piercing procedures and aftercare
- 5Promote Rowan products including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits
- 6Maintain studio cleanliness and organize inventory displays
- 7Collaborate with Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers for operational excellence
- 8Process transactions accurately and conduct weekly stock checks
- 9Maintain customer records including waivers and aftercare instructions
- 10Perform light physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting 25 pounds
- 11Stand for full 8-hour shifts while supporting peak business periods
Requirements8
- 1Retail or service industry experience preferred
- 2Ability to work weekends nights and holidays
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Physical stamina for standing and movement throughout shift
