Studio Experience Team (SET) – Job Description
Overview
The Studio Experience Team (SET) creates an accessible yoga environment and offers a discounted membership. This part-time role supports studio cleanliness and enhances the student experience. Our team values empowerment, gratitude, community, growth, and laughter.
What You'll Do9
- 1Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio including floors walls mirrors windows and surfaces
- 2Maintain cleanliness of reception area changing rooms and bathrooms
- 3Ensure yoga props and equipment are clean and organized
- 4Restock supplies such as paper towels toilet paper and soap
- 5Take out trash and recycling ensuring proper disposal
- 6Assist with laundry folding towels and other linens
- 7Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- 8Follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy
- 9Commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month
Requirements7
- 1Ability to commit to 6 hours per month with flexible scheduling
- 2Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 3Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants
- 4Ability to lift and move heavy equipment like yoga mats and props
- 5Availability to work early mornings evenings and weekends
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
