The Studio Experience Team (SET) manager oversees the daily operations of our Dallas studio to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for students. What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a team of 5 staff members to maintain studio cleanliness and hygiene standards
- 2Supervise cleaning schedules and address maintenance requests promptly
- 3Implement inventory management systems for supplies and equipment
- 4Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
- 5Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless class transitions
- 6Analyze customer feedback to improve studio experience
- 7Drive operational efficiency through process optimization
- 8Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- 9Create promotional materials highlighting studio benefits and member perks
- 10Monitor attendance patterns and adjust staffing levels accordingly
- 11Foster positive relationships with local community partners
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing large groups in hospitality or retail environments
- 2Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- 3Proven leadership abilities demonstrated through team training and scheduling
- 4Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse clientele
- 5Physical stamina required for lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods
- 6Familiarity with cleaning industry standards and OSHA guidelines
- 7Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 9Certifications in first aid or CPR preferred
