What You'll Do11

- 2Design and execute layout and fit-up tasks
- 3Interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- 4Perform welding processes in various positions
- 5Operate shop equipment safely
- 6Inspect finished products for quality standards
- 7Maintain clean work areas
- 8Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
- 9Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- 10Identify process issues and propose solutions
- 11Communicate progress verbally and in writing
Requirements10
- 1Certified Welding Experience D1.1 FCAW
- 2Strong ability to read blueprints
- 3Proficiency with fabrication tools
- 4Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
- 5Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- 6Safety conscious with PPE
- 7Flexible to work overtime
- 8Experience with dual shield and inner shield welding
- 9Knowledge of power equipment operation
- 10Commitment to teamwork
Salary Insight
$52 - $83k per year
