Structural Revit Designer

Detail-oriented reliable creative team-player assisting engineers or leading designers in field evaluations of industrial structures and obtaining field measurements for BIM 3D and 2D AutoCAD drawings of engineering packages. You will own the structural BIM design process for industrial and water engineering projects at Kiewit. At a scale of 3,700+ engineers, you will create Revit models for foundations and steel structures. You will coordinate with engineers and other disciplines, and help set department standards. This role offers hands-on mentorship and growth within a leading EPC and design-build group.

You will own the creation and coordination of detailed 3D BIM models for utility, power, infrastructure, substation, and EPC projects. You will work directly with engineering and construction teams, turning design intent into constructible documentation. Your models will drive multidisciplinary coordination across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines. This role offers the chance to support high-impact infrastructure work from concept to field execution. You will ensure every package meets strict company and industry standards.

You will own the development of Revit electrical BIM models for power, lighting, and low-voltage systems on complex commercial and mission-critical projects. You direct drafting standards, mentor junior designers, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. This role sits within the engineering group and reports to the Electrical Engineering Manager. You stay hands-on from concept through construction, making this a fit for a seasoned drafter who wants technical leadership without losing the craft.

You own live 3D BIM models for a large-scale semiconductor construction project in Phoenix. On-site in a BIM trailer, you coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure a federated Revit model reflects field conditions in real time. You produce coordinated drawings and shop drawings from Navisworks clash detection, integrating RFIs and redlines daily. This contract role demands precision under tight construction sequencing, with direct impact on install quality.
