- 3Supervise teams of Human Data Managers and Lead Engineers evaluating work across PCB design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- 4Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison with top AI labs on high-impact initiatives.
- 5Define, monitor, and improve KPIs for expert-driven processes with Human Data Engineers.
- 6Provide executive-level status updates on project progress, data performance, and operational impact.
Requirements5
- 1Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior technical stakeholders and clients.
- 2Willingness to commit substantial effort in a fast-moving startup setting.
- 3Hands-on Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience covering PCB design, schematic capture, layout, simulation, component selection, and validation for converters, battery systems, embedded or industrial electronics.
- 4Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as KiCad, SpiceBridge, or PCBParts.
- 5Minimum of 2 years in a leadership, project ownership, or team management role.
