What You'll Do6
- 1Own end-to-end projects for high-profile AI Lab customers and drive satisfaction across stakeholders.

- 3Lead teams of Human Data Managers and Legal subject-matter experts to review and refine work.
- 4Communicate directly with top AI Labs on large, mission-critical initiatives.
- 5Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to set and monitor KPIs for expert-driven workflows.
- 6Provide executive updates on project status, data performance, and operational impact.
Requirements6
- 1Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
- 2Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially with senior legal professionals.
- 3Willingness to work long hours in a fast-moving startup setting and manage competing priorities.
- 4Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience and a track record of building from the ground up.
- 5Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or extensive exposure to the Legal domain.
- 62+ years in a leadership role directing operational processes or large, domain-heavy data projects.

Salary Insight
