What You'll Do4
- 1Assess the quality of legal knowledge work produced by the model and identify gaps in reasoning or professional standards
- 2Create precise instruction specifications and develop golden solutions for legal problems to guide model behavior
- 3Design and curate challenging legal evaluation sets and datasets to test domain capabilities
- 4Collaborate with researchers and related specialists to align evaluation criteria and translate tacit legal judgment into teachable benchmarks
Requirements6
- 1Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 25+ years of substantive post-qualification legal practice at a reputable organization
- 3Deep specialization in at least one core practice area such as corporate, litigation, regulatory, IP, employment, or tax
- 4Active admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
- 5Experience using large language models in professional work and the ability to discern sound reasoning from superficially plausible results
- 6Excellent written communication and the ability to provide clear, structured feedback
