You’ll evaluate and refine legal knowledge work, craft instruction specs, and build benchmarks that prove model improvement. This full-time W-2 role blends hands-on practice with collaboration alongside research and program teams. Hybrid work is based in the Bay Area, with on-site presence required several days a week.

What You'll Do4

Requirements5

  • 1Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic background.
  • 28 to 15 years of substantive post-qualification legal practice at reputable institutions.
  • 3Current or senior-level in-house or law firm leadership with true matter ownership.
  • 4Specialization in at least one substantive area such as corporate, IP, regulatory, or tax.
  • 5Active U.S. state bar admission and experience using large language models in professional work.
