What You'll Do8
- 1Read customer orders to determine items to move gather distribute
- 2Convey materials from receiving areas to storage other designated areas
- 3Sort and place items on racks shelves or bins according to predetermined sequence
- 4Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders in pallets or shelves
- 5Mark materials with identifying information open boxes crates and other containers
- 6Record amounts of materials received or distributed weigh or count items for distribution
- 7Use computer to enter records prepare parcels for mailing via common carrier
- 8Perform routine housekeeping activities such as dusting sweeping mopping restroom cleaning and changing trash can liner
Requirements10
- 1High school Diploma
- 2Attention to detail
- 30 to 3 years working in a warehouse
- 4Good to above-average computer skills
- 5Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- 6Pass criminal background and drug screen
- 7Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- 8Monday through Friday 40 hours per week some overtime required
- 9Physical stamina for long hours on feet
- 10Reliable transportation
