Store Planner owns store-level assortment and allocation strategies for all Rothy's retail locations, balancing customer demand and inventory flow. They partner with Retail, Merchandising, and Allocation teams to translate seasonal buys into store-specific plans. 4+ years of retail planning experience and Advanced Excel skills are essential. This role shapes how the store fleet operates as Rothy's grows.
What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and maintain store level assortment and allocation strategies that balance customer demand and inventory flow across all retail locations.
- 2Partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Allocation to translate seasonal buys into store-specific plans reflecting regional nuances.
- 3Analyze sell-through, inventory turn, and in-stock rates to identify opportunities and adjust allocation strategy.
- 4Build and refine store tiering models based on customer profile, store format, and historical performance.
- 5Collaborate with the Retail team to understand store capacity, visual merchandising needs, and local market trends.
- 6Manage replenishment strategies to ensure the right product arrives in the right store at the right time.
- 7Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional partners in a clear, actionable way.
- 8Support new store openings and closures with tailored assortment and inventory strategies.
- 9Improve planning processes, tools, and reporting as the store fleet grows.
Requirements5
- 14+ years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or a related analytical role, ideally in footwear or apparel.
- 2Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning or allocation systems is a plus.
- 3Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- 4Experience partnering with store operations teams and a solid understanding of store-level retail dynamics.
- 5A bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
