What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and supervise the retail sales team providing coaching training and development
- 2Manage daily store operations including inventory management merchandising and stock replenishment
- 3Oversee purchasing decisions pricing strategies and POS systems for accurate transactions
- 4Conduct employee orientation sessions interviews and recruiting efforts to build a talented team
- 5Handle payroll processing bookkeeping cash handling and financial record-keeping with precision
- 6Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly resolving issues and maintaining positive relations
- 7Implement operational policies related to safety standards inventory control and store cleanliness
- 8Drive operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and teamwork
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams and managing store operations
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified experience
- 65+ years familiarity with POS systems inventory management software and basic math
Salary Insight
$42 - $60k per year
