Overview
We seek a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to sell branded merchandise and unique accessories at AREA15. This role requires engaging guests demonstrating products driving sales maintaining brand standards providing exceptional service meeting sales goals creating memorable experiences working flexible shifts.
What You'll Do11
- 1Engage and interact with guests showcasing and selling branded merchandise and unique products
- 2Demonstrate products to capture interest and drive sales
- 3Maintain in-depth knowledge of products promotions and AREA15 brand standards
- 4Provide exceptional customer service creating memorable shopping experiences
- 5Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales targets while introducing entertainment offerings
- 6Assist in setting up and organizing product displays ensuring visual appeal and proper stocking
- 7Meet sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques
- 8Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- 9Accurately complete cashless sales transactions
- 10Collaborate with team to create fun energetic work environment
- 11Maintain professional neat appearance adhering to AREA15 standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in retail associate roles
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification optional
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience required
