Overview
The Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program prepares candidates for a future Store Manager role through a 16 week self paced collaborative training. This development focused role includes virtual and hands on learning experiences. You will work with your District Leader Human Resources Business Partner Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach. The position supports your growth toward leadership while contributing to CVS Health mission of helping people on their path to better health.
What You'll Do6
- 1Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion
- 2Support your store as management team member and lead consistently with CVS values and policies
- 3Engage colleagues in support of the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health
- 4Accept promotion roles with the market you work in
- 5Transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
- 6Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
Requirements6
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Bachelor's Degree
- 3Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- 4Ability to accept promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market
- 5Four year college degree preferred
- 6Willingness to complete the full time program
Salary Insight
$37 - $58k per year
