- 1Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion during the structured program
- 2Support your store as a management team member and lead consistently with CVS values and policies
- 3Engage colleagues in support of the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health
- 4Accept promotion roles with the market you work in
- 5Transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
- 6Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 3Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- 4Ability to accept promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market
- 5Willingness to work full time hours
