What You'll Do8

- 2Build and maintain client relationships, conducting weekly check-ins to anticipate demand and resolve issues
- 3Lead a team of staffing coordinators, setting priorities and clearing blockers in real time
- 4Monitor service metrics and adjust staffing plans to hit 95%+ fill rates within 24 minutes average
- 5Own the onboarding experience for new on-site staff, from orientation to first shift
- 6Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and no-shows, deploying backup staff within the hour
- 7Collaborate with the recruiting team to forecast hiring needs based on client growth
- 8Champion worker safety and compliance, ensuring all shifts meet OSHA standards and company policy
Requirements8
- 13+ years managing on-site staffing or workforce management for warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing clients
- 22+ years leading a team of 5 or more direct reports
- 3Proven track record hitting 95%+ service levels in a high-volume environment
- 4Hands-on experience with ATS or VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or Workday
- 5Comfort with data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to track metrics
- 6Strong oral and written communication, with ability to present to client executives
- 7Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
