What You'll Do7
- 1Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors and in-house labor
- 2Review scope of work to ensure quality assurance per account
- 3Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for immediate issues
- 4Make recommendations for IC assignments aligned with client standards
- 5Manage inspections customer complaints and VIP treatment requests
- 6Execute city wide policies including new start and four star protocols
- 7Ensure compliance with client policies and approved equipment usage
Requirements6
- 1Three years of management experience in multi-unit environments
- 2Strong planning and organizational skills
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 4Innovative mindset focused on process improvement
- 5High school diploma or GED required
- 6Travel within specified territories using personal vehicle
