What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified associates for light industrial and hospitality roles
- 2Interview candidates daily and match them to job orders with high accuracy
- 3Fill job orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships
- 4Follow up with clients and associates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- 5Utilize consultative selling techniques to generate new opportunities and close placements
- 6Manage daily tasks, email responses, and phone calls after hours as needed
- 7Coordinate with the president and team to prioritize urgent staffing needs
- 8Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- 9Provide timely feedback to clients and associates to improve outcomes
- 10Track performance metrics and contribute to uncapped commission plan
Requirements5
- 1Must be available to respond to emails or calls outside regular business hours
- 2Strong phone and interpersonal skills
- 3Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task extremely well
- 4Understanding of general business and extremely strong computer skills
- 5Experience in inside sales, recruitment, and placement (Light Industrial and Hospitality preferred)
