Staffing Consultant Philadelphia Inside Sales & Recruiting
Overview
Own end-to-end staffing for Light Industrial and Hospitality roles within a Center City office network. Scale placement activity by building a core roster of strong associates and filling orders quickly. Collaborate with clients and candidates daily using consultative selling and relationship management. This role blends inside sales, recruitment, and placement to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain a core pool of qualified associates across light industrial and hospitality functions
- 2Fill job orders quickly and efficiently through daily candidate interviews and client follow ups
- 3Engage in inside sales activities including cold calls, candidate outreach, and client meetings to generate opportunities
- 4Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, and placement logistics to ensure a smooth experience for clients and candidates
- 5Maintain accurate records in CRM, track performance metrics, and report progress to leadership
- 6Provide consultative guidance to clients on staffing needs and workforce solutions
- 7Achieve and optimize placement targets and contribute to uncapped incentive plan
- 8Develop relationships with associates and clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- 9Collaborate with operations to ensure compliance and seamless service delivery
- 10Stay informed about market trends in light industrial and hospitality staffing to advise clients and candidates
Requirements5
- 12+ years of inside sales or staffing experience in a recruitment environment
- 2Strong phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- 3Detail oriented with excellent organizational and computer skills
- 4Availability to respond to emails or calls outside regular business hours
- 5Understanding of general business operations and ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
