The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana seeks a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications initiatives. This role requires a dual function as a direct Physical Therapist caregiver and clinical research professional. What You'll Do10
- 1Administer P.T. evaluations to inpatients and outpatients and determine appropriate treatment programs integrating age-specific needs for physical medicine rehabilitation populations
- 2Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals to optimize recovery outcomes using evidence-based practices
- 3Ensure treatment plans meet medical necessity requirements and incorporate outcome measures
- 4Revise and communicate updated treatment plans to interdisciplinary team members including attending conferences
- 5Provide direct patient care services and family instruction using appropriate techniques to prevent accidents
- 6Participate in research activities at the Locomotor Recovery Laboratory averaging 20 hours weekly
- 7Contribute to extramurally funded studies examining intervention effects on adaptive human locomotion and functional recovery
- 8Maintain current Physical Therapy degree and state licensure along with CPR certification
- 9Accumulate one year of adult physical rehabilitation experience preferentially
- 10Collaborate across departments to share recovery-inspiring stories
Requirements5
- 1Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
- 2State license as Physical Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist
- 3Current CPR certification meeting AHA standards
- 4Five years of experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Three to five seasons of leadership experience
