What You'll Do11
- 1Greet customers and provide prompt courteous service while sharing accurate prescription information
- 2Maintain current registration and stay updated on pharmacological knowledge through workshops and professional societies
- 3Comply with state and federal drug laws while managing pharmacy inventory according to local state and federal regulations
- 4Monitor drug therapies and advise on interventions when appropriate
- 5Proactively advance pharmacy clinical initiatives such as MTM cases and point‑of‑care testing
- 6Assist with onboarding new associates through interviewing and training
- 7Drive medication adherence using adherence tools to reduce DIR fees
- 8Mentor and develop pharmacy team members with tailored growth opportunities
- 9Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff while maintaining open communication with partners
- 10Ensure accuracy of all insurance claims including third‑party and government programs
- 11Promote charitable promotions and adhere to company shrink guidelines
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading pharmacy teams
- 3Current unrestricted state Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
- 4Applicable graduate degree
- 5Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
- 6Strong proficiency in mathematics and reading English
- 7Confidential handling of patient information
- 8Experience with HAZCOM program and chemical safety
