What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and optimize manufacturing processes using Solidworks and AutoCAD to improve tool and fixture design and layout
  • 2Own SAP master data accuracy and ERP effectiveness including routings and changeovers to support accurate production planning
  • 3Lead capacity planning and constraints analysis through the scheduling rhythm and theory of constraints to align resources with demand
  • 4Define productive manufacturing methods, cycle times, and equipment performance to meet production targets
  • 5Propose and drive productivity projects and oversee successful completion aligned with business goals
  • 6Support capital planning for manufacturing processes and justify investments to improve labor efficiency and quality
  • 7Ensure production processes meet project targets and redesign lines for optimal capacity and flow
  • 8Lead Process FMEA and risk management, process maps, and RCPS/PDCA problem resolution on the floor
  • 9Coordinate Kaizen events and Kanban design implementations with CI partners
  • 10Create engineering and compliance documents (BOM, routings, SOPs, ECOs, batch records) and train personnel on new processes

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field
  • 2Minimum of 7 years experience in operations in regulated industries (electronic, medical device, biotech)
  • 3Lean certification (green belt or black belt or equivalent)
  • 4Strong background in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering principles with capabilities in lean, Six Sigma, and automation
  • 5Experience with workflow design, time studies, facility layout, and advanced manufacturing technologies
  • 6Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft applications; familiar with BoM and Production Routings
  • 7Knowledge of cGMP ISO 9001:2015 ISO 13485:2016 is highly desired
  • 8Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
  • 9Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management abilities
