What You'll Do9
- 1Design Build and continuously improve continuous delivery CD pipelines focusing on artifact promotion progressive rollout and production deployment.
- 2Lead development and maintenance of cutting edge CI CD framework emphasizing CD half release orchestration environment promotion deployment gating and automated rollback.
- 3Automate release management building tooling for orchestration across services and regions including scheduling change tracking feature flag driven rollout and coordinated multi service releases.
- 4Design develop and deploy secure compliant infrastructure in AWS driving automation while shaping long term technology strategy.
- 5Monitor and support delivery pipeline proactively tracking alerts metrics offering technical escalation for production incidents and owning rollback decisions.
- 6Mentor deployment team coaching engineers on release engineering deployment safety and best practices.
- 7Architect deployment automation and release strategy while collaborating with Development QA Security and Corporate IT teams.
- 8Pioneer deployment strategy for new regions reduce lead time to production and build guardrails for confident shipping.
- 9Own end to end delivery pipeline from artifact promotion through progressive rollout to production.
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 37+ years working with nix operating systems Linux MacOS BSD variants IBM AIX
- 45+ years scripting experience using Shell Go Python Perl Tcl/Tk
- 55+ years production environment monitoring alerting deployment observability and change management
- 6Proficiency with AWS CloudFormation CDK Terraform SSM Scripts for infrastructure automation
- 7Experience with container orchestration and deployment tooling for Kubernetes or ECS
- 8Understanding of CI/CD tools with CircleCI experience preferred
- 9Ability to reduce deployment lead time change failure rate and time to recovery through automation
- 10Strong knowledge of cloud operations ensuring scalability reliability and maintainability of cloud native applications
