Staff Analyst, GTM Analytics at Snowflake
Overview
Own strategic analytics initiatives for GTM at scale within a fast-moving tech environment. Partner with Marketing leadership to drive pipeline, conversion, and ROI improvements through actionable insights. Build and extend data foundations and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate decision making. Collaborate across Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to ensure trustworthy results and scalable models. This role stands out by combining deep SQL, dbt, Python, and AI literacy to influence business outcomes beyond dashboards.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead analytics initiatives with Marketing leadership to align with global objectives and shape investment decisions
- 2Translate complex analyses into actionable insights that move pipeline, conversion, and campaign ROI
- 3Maintain fluency in data models, metrics, and pipelines (sql, dbt, snowflake) powering GTM reporting
- 4Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to surface insights and extend models
- 5Automate workflows and architect AI-powered solutions to improve internal efficiency
- 6Champion data quality and governance across Salesforce, Marketo, and Snowflake through automated testing
Requirements5
- 17+ years in Analytics/BI within large tech or high-growth SaaS environments
- 2Advanced sql, hands-on dbt proficiency, and strong python skills for data transformation and AI apps
- 3Experience partnering with Marketing leadership on strategic decisions and pipeline metrics
- 4Familiarity with B2B marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot) and data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt, Snowflake)
- 5Interest or experience in building AI-driven analytics workflows using natural-language interfaces
