Senior Analyst Customer Experience Analytics
Overview
Snowflake seeks AI-native thinkers to lead the agentic enterprise and redefine work. This hybrid role in Menlo Park expands the Customer Experience Analytics team to shape how post-sale experiences are measured and improved. You will combine quantitative analysis with AI tools to drive decisions across product strategy operations and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own analytical programs end-to-end delivering scalable tools that embed insights into stakeholder workflows
- 2Deliver actionable insights on support case drivers resolution patterns and satisfaction trends
- 3Partner with Support Engineering Services Delivery Operations and Finance to ensure holistic CX analytics
- 4Build fluency in data models metrics pipelines and tools like SQL dbt and Snowflake
- 5Enable self-service through AI interfaces such as semantic models Cortex Analyst and Snowflake Cortex Code
- 6Raise analytical standards across the team contributing to best practices and documentation
- 7Collaborate with Support and Services Delivery leaders to define problem statements and drive change
- 8Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
- 9Apply AI curiosity to explore LLMs semantic models and emerging Snowflake Cortex Code capabilities
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or related field
- 24-6 years of experience in data analytics or applied data science
- 3Strong SQL skills with Snowflake preference and proficiency in Python
- 4Experience building user-facing analytics applications
- 5Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders shaping problem definitions
- 6Track record of turning complex analyses into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- 7Genuine interest in AI tools for classification semantic models and emerging Snowflake Cortex Code
- 8Comfort working in a team that experiments with new tooling
