What You'll Do11
- 1Architect, build, and scale foundational data platforms, lakehouses, and pipelines for AgentExchange product analytics and AI agents.
- 2Design and deploy production-grade data pipelines and feature stores enabling autonomous AI agents at enterprise scale.
- 3Establish end-to-end data governance, quality frameworks, lineage tracking, and performance monitoring for zero-downtime reliability.
- 4Serve as principal technical authority on data architecture translating business needs into elegant systems.
- 5Co-own long-term data technology roadmap anticipating scale bottlenecks and driving architectural evolution.
- 6Elevate engineering standards across Cloud Analytics through code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system design mentorship.
- 7Master modern distributed computing, data lakehouse architectures, and cloud data warehouses with expertise in orchestration tools like Airflow and Dagster.
- 8Engineer data systems for LLMs, agentic workflows, feature stores, or vector retrieval pipelines to make AI systems fast and scalable.
- 9Demonstrate expert proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java with deep SQL tuning and software engineering best practices.
- 10Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical impact.
- 11Communicate complex system architecture decisions clearly to technical and non-technical executives.

- 17+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building enterprise-scale data platforms and real-time pipelines.
- 2Proven track record shipping production code with architectural leadership.
- 3Mastery of modern distributed computing, data lakehouse architectures, and cloud data warehouses.
- 4Deep expertise in orchestration tools such as Airflow and Dagster.
- 5Experience engineering data systems for LLMs, agentic workflows, or vector retrieval pipelines.
- 6Expert proficiency in Python Scala or Java with advanced SQL tuning and CI/CD practices.
- 7Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 8Strong communication skills articulating complex system architecture decisions.
