Overview
Lead the design and implementation of modern data and AI platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Databricks ecosystem or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) combined with strong data engineering and architecture fundamentals. This role defines scalable data architectures enables AI adoption and drives modernization across data analytics and AI capabilities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Data & AI platforms supporting analytics reporting machine learning and AI-driven business capabilities
- 2Define scalable data architecture governance security and operational frameworks for modern cloud-native platforms
- 3Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize data modernization AI and automation opportunities
- 4Architect and guide implementation of AI Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging enterprise data assets
- 5Establish architecture standards best practices and technology roadmaps across data engineering and AI initiatives
- 6Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering platform and AI teams
- 7Design and deploy AI solutions using Databricks AI capabilities Vertex AI foundation models and enterprise AI frameworks
- 8Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms while ensuring governance security and responsible AI practices
- 9Ensure data quality lineage observability metadata management and platform governance
- 10Bridge business and technology teams through excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
- 11Work in Real Estate Property Technology Marketplace or adjacent industries
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading data architecture initiatives
- 35+ years experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms from ingestion through analytics and AI consumption layers
- 4Strong understanding of Generative AI LLMs RAG vector databases AI agents and multi-agent architectures
- 5Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Databricks AI capabilities Vertex AI foundation models and enterprise AI frameworks
- 6Knowledge of data quality lineage observability metadata management and platform governance
- 7Proven track record in stakeholder management communication and leadership bridging business and technology teams
- 8Preference for experience in Real Estate Property Technology Marketplace or similar industries
