We seek a Senior Snowflake Data Platform Architect to lead analytics initiatives within a modern enterprise platform. The role collaborates with Platform Architects and senior leaders to design analytics-focused data architecture and drive reporting enablement. This position focuses on ELT-based system onboarding and enterprise data integration across Dallas Texas. The ideal candidate will differentiate themselves by delivering scalable solutions that accelerate business insights.

- 1Design and implement high-performance data models using Snowflake and Spark

- 3Own migration strategies for legacy data warehouses to Snowflake

- 6Establish best practices for observability and governance in data platforms
- 7Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture workshops
- 8Scale analytical capabilities to support 100k+ concurrent users
- 9Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs for data-driven decision making

- 15+ years designing cloud-native data architectures
- 23-5 seasons leading large-scale data platform projects
- 3AWS Certified as foundational credential
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5Python proficiency required for automation scripts
- 6BCBA certification beneficial for analytics leadership
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 83-5 seasons implementing Kubernetes clusters for analytics
- 9Data modeling expertise in dimensional schemas
- 10Reporting enablement experience with Tableau and Power BI
