What You'll Do7

- 4Manage accounts payable, including invoice review, three-way matching, and payment processing.
- 5Support billing and accounts receivable by preparing invoices and maintaining customer records.
- 6Compile accounting schedules, workbooks, and recurring reports for business visibility.
- 7Contribute to full-cycle accounting, maintaining organized documentation for month-end reporting.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 23+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a business environment.
- 3Prior experience in manufacturing required; metal fabrication exposure a plus.
- 4Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reconciliations.
- 5Practical knowledge of journal entries, general ledger activity, and account reconciliation.
- 6Experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close.
- 7Familiarity with ERP or accounting software; relevant systems preferred.
