What You'll Do9
- 1Execute month-end close activities including accruals and prepaids
- 2Independently prepare journal entries with clear debit credit impact
- 3Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- 4Manage AP/AR accounting and resolve discrepancies
- 5Maintain accurate general ledger records
- 6Assist with financial reporting and schedule development
- 7Work within ERP systems for data integrity
- 8Collaborate across functions to enhance accounting workflows
- 9Support process improvement and automation projects
Requirements9
- 15+ years hands-on general ledger accounting in a Staff Accountant position
- 2Strong knowledge of double entry accounting and journal entry creation
- 3Proven ability to perform month-end close end-to-end
- 4Experience with AP AR and bank reconciliation cycles
- 5Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 6Expertise with Excel functions like VLOOKUP XLOOKUP and pivot tables
- 7Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite SAP JDE QuickBooks
- 8Detail-oriented with problem solving abilities
- 9Ability to thrive in collaborative on-site settings
