What You'll Do10
- 1Drive research programs on targeted extra-hepatic LNP delivery from hypothesis generation through in-vitro/in-vivo evaluation
- 2Develop and optimize LNP self-assembly processes refining composition payload loading and surface modifications for tissue specificity
- 3Advance LNP formulation discovery using high-throughput workflows automation and AI/ML-enabled data analysis
- 4Independently design and execute experiments analyzing interpreting and communicating data to multidisciplinary teams and leadership
- 5Implement physicochemical and biophysical characterization methods such as DLS CryoEM SAXS ITC NMR nFCM to elucidate structure-function relationships
- 6Maintain rigorous electronic laboratory notebooks SOPs and study documentation aligned with company expectations
- 7Provide scientific leadership mentorship to research associates collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- 8Plan and manage multiple projects in a collaborative fast-paced setting
- 9Communicate clearly written and verbally with peer-reviewed publications and patents
- 10Demonstrate ability to manage complex initiatives with measurable outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences Chemistry Chemical Engineering Materials Science or related discipline with 2+ years experience
- 2Deep expertise in lipid nanoparticle design formulation and physicochemical characterization with experience advancing targeted or extra-hepatic delivery platforms
- 3Proven implementation of high-throughput formulation workflows laboratory automation and computational or AI/ML-enabled data analysis
- 4Leadership experience mentoring scientists and research associates driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering research objectives
- 5Proficiency with analytical techniques for nanoparticle size morphology composition and stability assessment
