What You'll Do9
- 1Drive proposal process and liaise with Project Management BD Client Management and Management Stakeholders on generation and pricing of Quotations/QARs
- 2Facilitate communication across BD Project Management Operations Quality Finance to ensure on-time delivery of accurate proposals
- 3Work with Operations to determine optimal manufacturing packaging methods and request pricing for additional items
- 4Communicate directly with client contacts lead client meetings and support Proposal BD process
- 5Collaborate with BD Operations and Finance to produce optimal value pricing solutions
- 6Maintain pricing and client specific templates and manage dedicated customer pricing
- 7Assist in improving cost productivity comparing original quotations to actual outcomes
- 8Support defined career path with annual performance reviews

Requirements6
- 1Minimum Life Sciences Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business degree with 5+ years industry experience
- 2Previous project management experience required
- 3Strong understanding of proposal generation pricing margin analysis and quotation execution
- 4Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and drive client relationships
- 5Experience with AWS Certified or CPC Card certifications preferred
- 6Demonstrated initiative and dynamic pace in fast moving environments
