Overview

What You'll Do20

  • 9Approve PPAPs and coordinate on-site data verification
  • 10Guide suppliers through process requalification and engineering changes
  • 11Recommend VA/VE ideas based on SQA observations
  • 12Respond to supplier quality issues with rapid containment strategies
  • 13Review product complaint notices with plants and suppliers
  • 14Oversee structured problem solving for supplier issues
  • 15Ensure regulatory compliance with IMDS REACH and other requirements
  • 16Facilitate training forums between SQA and plant quality teams

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 7-10+ years automotive supplier quality experience
  • 2Master's degree preferred
  • 3Deep knowledge of IATF16949 AIAG Manuals APQP PPAP SPC CQI and automotive regulatory requirements
  • 4Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes especially foam technology
  • 5Advanced statistical analysis and capability study skills
  • 6Risk management and problem-solving abilities
  • 7Leadership and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • 8Proficiency in advanced Excel and technological tools
  • 9Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
