What You'll Do7
- 1Own the three-year strategic plan, annual operating plan, and forecasts for IT and Site Operations.
- 2Deliver scenario analyses and business-driven insights that guide leadership decisions on capital and OpEx investments.
- 3Drive monthly and quarterly close processes including accruals, management reporting, and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- 4Align accounting treatment with Controllership for initiatives such as AI programs, new buildings, and site closures.
- 5Identify process improvements in financial reporting and forecasting, replacing manual work with automated tools.
- 6Provide ad-hoc financial models and project support to executive leadership for critical decisions.
- 7Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nine finance professionals, improving their analytical and business partnering skills.
Requirements9
- 114+ years in finance with a BA/BS or 12+ years with an MBA.
- 25-7 years as a senior finance leader and business partner.
- 34-6 years managing teams of at least 6 people.
- 4MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- 5Prior experience in biotech or pharma is strongly preferred.
- 6In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- 7Proficiency in IT systems, Business Intelligence, Planning, and ERP systems.
- 8Advanced Microsoft tools skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- 9Experience in high-growth, multi-national organizations.
