Sr DevOps Engineer, CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure
Overview
You will own the enterprise CI/CD platform at IFLOWSOFT Solutions Inc., serving multiple product teams in a hybrid environment. You will design and build reusable deployment patterns that cut release times and boost developer autonomy. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to modernize pipelines and improve reliability. This role sits in the Platform Engineering group, collaborating with Dev, QA, and Security. You will drive the shift from manual releases to fully automated, self-service delivery.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI to support microservices on Kubernetes.
- 2Develop reusable deployment templates and self-service capabilities that let developers deploy without waiting for Ops.
- 3Troubleshoot and modernize existing CI/CD processes to improve reliability, scalability, and security.
- 4Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible for cloud environments on AWS.
- 5Lead the adoption of GitOps practices using ArgoCD for declarative deployments.
- 6Implement monitoring and alerting for CI/CD pipelines using Prometheus and Grafana.
- 7Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and test stages, reducing build times by 40%.
- 8Ensure compliance and security by integrating SonarQube and Snyk scans into every pipeline.
- 9Mentor junior engineers on CI/CD best practices and cloud-native patterns.
Requirements9
- 15+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, with a focus on CI/CD.
- 23+ years building and maintaining pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- 3Strong experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS) and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- 4Hands-on with Kubernetes and containerization using Docker.
- 5Solid scripting skills in Python or Shell.
- 6Experience with Ansible or Chef for configuration management.
- 7Familiarity with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools.
- 8Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments.
- 9Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in an agile environment.
