SQL Server Developer / SSRS Administrator
Overview
You will own SQL Server permissions, query optimization, and SSRS report development for the Premier One Records Management System at a public agency in Phoenix. You will coordinate between technical teams and business users to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. This 2-year contract requires an in-person interview and onsite presence, giving you direct impact on mission-critical operations.
What You'll Do6
- 1Administer SQL Server permissions, roles, and security to enforce least-privilege access.
- 2Develop and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures for Premier One RMS.
- 3Design and deploy SSRS reports with drill-down, parameterization, and subscription features.
- 4Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks using Execution Plans and DMVs.
- 5Automate data validation and reconciliation workflows with SSIS and PowerShell.
- 6Document data mapping and report logic for audit and compliance requirements.
Requirements7
- 15+ years administering SQL Server databases, including permissions and security.
- 23+ years developing reports with SSRS.
- 3Expert-level T-SQL skills: complex joins, window functions, and query tuning.
- 4Experience with SSIS for data migration and ETL.
- 5Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- 6Knowledge of Premier One RMS or similar records management systems.
- 7Arizona residency and ability to attend in-person interview in Phoenix.
