What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct developmental assessments and deliver speech therapy using Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)
- 2Follow IFSP guidelines to develop strategies that help children achieve developmental goals
- 3Provide services in natural environments including homes daycares and community settings
- 4Write progress reports and perform re-assessments typically every two months
- 5Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- 3California Speech Language Pathology license
- 4Pediatric experience preferred with early intervention background
- 5Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- 6Excellent written and oral communication skills
